Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy for damaged or incorrect items.


1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide detailed photos and your order number to dlkdmr6542@gmail.com. We may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit or refund


2. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order if the item has not yet been prepared or shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at dlkdmr6542@gmail.com.


3. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for damaged or incorrect items. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit as an alternative.
