Dās Kitchen was born from a personal journey that turned into a passion for creating food everyone can enjoy. Founder Dilek Pehlivan discovered her love for gluten-free baking after her son developed early food sensitivities ā and realized she shared many of the same intolerances herself.
With a background in Hospitality Management, Dilek built Dās Kitchen around three core values: clean ingredients, local sourcing, and honest flavor. Every bread, cookie, and pastry is made from scratch using ingredients from Connecticutās best farms.
Today, Dās Kitchen stands as a farmers market favorite and a trusted name for gluten-free, dye-free, and handcrafted goodness ā baked fresh each week, with love and integrity.
