About Dilek’s GF Bakery

Dilek’s passion for baking began from a deeply personal journey. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management from Anatolian University in Eskisehir, Turkey, she initially pursued a career in sales, never imagining she would become a baker. Her career path changed when her son, at just three months old, developed painful food sensitivities, including a severe reaction to dairy and soy. After extensive research and eliminating allergens from her diet while nursing him, she discovered not only her son’s sensitivities but also her own gluten intolerance.

Living gluten-free transformed her health, eliminating symptoms she had endured since childhood. This experience sparked her love for allergen-friendly cooking and baking. Over time, she perfected gluten-free, dye-free, and allergen-free recipes that she now proudly shares with her community. Her goal is to provide healthy, homemade, and delicious food that families can trust.

For the past two summers, Dilek has been offering her creations at local farmers markets. She now dreams of opening a brick-and-mortar store, providing allergen-friendly, chemical-free meals and baked goods made with fresh, local ingredients. Whether it’s a grab-and-go meal or something to stock in the freezer for a family gathering, Dilek’s mission is simple: to offer nutritious, homemade food that everyone can enjoy.
